Our Commitment to Compliant Communications
KAYSE is committed to complying with the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (CAN-SPAM Act) and all applicable federal and state laws governing commercial electronic communications.
What This Means for You
When we send commercial emails – such as newsletters, service updates, or promotional communications – we adhere to the following principles:
Accurate Identification. All emails sent by KAYSE will accurately identify us as the sender. We do not use false or misleading header information, and the « From, » « To, » and « Reply-To » fields will always accurately reflect the originating address and identity of the sender.
Honest Subject Lines. The subject line of every email will accurately reflect the content of the message. We do not use deceptive or misleading subject lines.
Clear Identification as Advertising. If an email is a commercial or promotional message, it will be clearly identified as such.
Opt-Out Mechanism. Every commercial email will include a clear and conspicuous mechanism for you to opt out of receiving future commercial emails from us. This will typically be an « Unsubscribe » link located at the bottom of the email. We honor all opt-out requests within ten (10) business days, as required by law.
No Sharing of Email Addresses. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Transactional and Relationship Emails
Please note that the CAN-SPAM Act permits the sending of transactional or relationship emails without an opt-out mechanism. These include emails related to a pending or ongoing engagement, responses to your inquiries, administrative communications regarding your account, and updates required by law or professional obligation. These communications are not considered commercial messages and are necessary for the proper delivery of our Services.
How to Opt Out
If you no longer wish to receive commercial emails from KAYSE, you may opt out at any time by clicking the « Unsubscribe » link included in any commercial email you receive from us, or by contacting us directly by the form.
Once we process your opt-out request, you will be removed from our commercial mailing list. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for your request to be fully processed.
